We ordered a toilet seat which we believe is now discontinued, with my tub.co.uk and although it took some time before delivery they kept me informed at all times and the order arrived as promised. 22 days from date of order was far longer than expected. Maybe you should indicate that goods are out of stockex stock at the point of order....
