Apart from the very late delivery, which I know was beyond My Tubs control thanks UK Mail, I know it’s a busy time of year but “Next Day” delivery was a full two days late otherwise My Tubs regular communications with me and chasing UK Mail to deliver before Christmas, were spot on. Your service was very good and friendly, my only problem was finding you in the first place! The Johnson Controls network was almost impossible to work through as I did not know the part numbers of the replacement parts for my old Penn range items.
Also the name "Mytub" did not at first register in my mind as a supplier of JC parts.
However, having found you I shall be pleased to use your company for my future needs!...
