To find and order the product I required on the website was very easy. I was kept I formed by email of my orders progress, quickly being given an estimated date of delivery, which was confirmed by a further email. Product arrived on day advised. Please be aware that all goods were received safe and sound, but had to be repackaged by your courier PTS as the weight and volume of goods were too much for the padded envelope used....

Order arrived Friday one week after I ordered it. I was in no rush as I just wanted to replace a water filter. However, ifsomething had been broken and needed urgent attention this would not have been a good service compared to many other internet trading companies.
Price good especially as I ordered enough filters to get free delivery....

Dear MyTub,
Your sales team, particularly Jeannette who I spoke to today, is superb, but your website leaves or left - I see it has now been updated much to be desired. I ordered the most expensive of two heat poles and ended up being delivered the other one. I have had to pay a returns cost of £38.51 - which I think is unfair. It would be nice to have this refunded.

The service was excellent and even though I ordered the wrong part to start off with they advised me on the return and replacement with the correct part. My many e-mails were answered promptly and the staff were friendly and efficient.
The product was exactly what I required and the website was easy to use.
