On ordering I was given an estimated delivery date and the day before delivery an email arrived confirming the delivery - this is a great service. Delivery was not as stated and when I rang to mention the item had not been delivered, I was was simply told I would receive a future email. This isnt good customer service. I rang you and hence Ii would expect a phone call back with email confirmation of when I could expect the item delivered. ...
