I was phoned to say there was only one in the country in Wolverhampton Monday afternoon agreed to have it delivered by courier was delivered Tuesday 1:30pm

Very good service but I did not receive all I need for my gas fire. I thought I had ordered a complete set of replacement coals but I only have the loose coals and no fitted coals for front, back and sides of fire. Do I need another order no. for these The fire is on the front of a Baxi back boiler no. 0579299 described by gas engineer as 9 plus years old. I have recently moved into house.
