Quick service goods exactly as described. I think that Carriage charge was excessive for such a small lightweight item. Should be an option for second class postage as not all customers are in a hurry to receive items ordered....

First class helpful service. I was looking for a part that may companies had said was obsolete, however MyTub, quickly sourced one and dispatched it. From order to delivery, very smooth, simple and straight forward transaction, would highly recommend. The courier has tried to deliver my parcel twice but despite me putting a message on the order, which you acknowledged the courier wont leave the parcel so I am still waiting!
If I was honest the whole shopping experience with mytub has been a bit of a disappointment. I was told the item was in stock yet you gave an estimated delivery date of 10 days later. However you did change this to the 1212 after I emailed you which was good of you. But now I am now in the position of having to stay in all day Monday waiting for the courier to deliver despite you noting my message that the parcel could be left....

I spoke to a very helpful lady while I was ordering a part through your web site this afternoon. She helped me through the ordering process and I also enquired about next day delivery. Unfortunately I was too late to achieve the next day deadline, but this lady did all she could to see if this could be achieved for me.
