We thankyou for getting the order down to us for the weekend , but when i went to collect fron the plumb centre the order was very confussing as the part was in a sealed bag saying 1 pair but with only 1 hose in the bag, so the manager opened a new myson heater box and gave me the hoses from that....

I am happy to say that the diaphram washers have arrived at last and they are exactly what we ordered at the start. The wrong washers were sent originally and it took ages for the correct ones to be sent despite the inconvenience of not being able to use the cistern for so long. This has been an unfortunate transaction but probably an exceptional one from Mytubs point of view. Good luck for the future. regards. E S SMITH....

The service was good. It came when you said it would and the response to my order was fast.
Sadly it did take 3 weeks to get it here, which did seem a very long time and will mean if I need it in a hurry Ill look for another supplier.

Found the product I was looking for easily on the MyTub site. Purchased without difficulty. Was continually kept up to date with my order status and delivery by email. Item arrived in a reasonable time and well packaged. A fantastic experience for my first time order and an excellent service. Good communications both for estimating delivery time and once order placed. Delivery estimate was 2-3 days from order and the products ordered arrived 2 days after delivery. When I had a query it was answered very quickly. Would happily use MyTub again....
