I collected my ordered items from PTS, just around the corner from where I live. Your service has been extremely efficient and reliable. I really appreciate the care that your staff took to identify a way that I could get the items and the courtesy with which they notified me. Very fair pricing and seem to source items not readily available elsewhere. Can take a while to arrive however but not excessively so....

The service is slow! When I order something on the internet postage is normaly under 3 days, but your orders take at least 2 weeks.
