Product was as described and communication was good but delivery took nearly 2 weeks from placing order. A little disappointing. ...

I would like to highly commend your service. I asked for something a little different, namely shipping items to Australia. Your staff we excellent at organising this. The first courier quote was excessive, but they kindly organised a second, and much more reasonable quote for international shipping. I wonder if it is possible to include an international shipping price estimate in your checkout section.
I would highly recommend your services....
