Thank you for keeping in touch throughout the process of ordering this obsolete model, from factory in England, to safe delivery, Wednesday as promised, at warehouse in Paisley. I was very suspicious it would not arrive or their would be vagueness as to the order in the warehouse, which would have meant an irate husband, who had made a 25 minute boat journey and motorway drive, calling me to "deal with it". That scenario did not happen and the young gentleman at the warehouse carried the heavy basin to the car boot without being asked. Thank you for your calls on the morning as promised, your frequent e-mails, and your courtesy . Well done team Mytub, and all you kind young people, your Mums should be proud of you. The part arrived promptly and was as expected, however the postage cost seems excessive and I did look long and hard to find another supplier because of this but couldnt!

Nice taps, delivered as promised.
A conservative delivery estimate which is achieved is much better than a shorter estimate not achieved - even if the former actually delivery lead time is longer than the latter i.e. if you say 5 days and it takes 7 days thats worse than saying 10 days and getting it in 10. Ideally of course you would reduce your estimated lead time 10 days to 5, or whatever and still achieve this shorter time.

Great service & package arrived earlier than I thought. Only trouble is Dishwasher complettely broke down whilst waiting on the part, so had to buy another. Will you take the spray arm back into your stock as packet not even opened. Please let me know, as I will send it back if I can have a refund.
