Although my order was delayed, there was communication throughout. Customers do not get annoyed because a delivery has been delayed. Most people are reasonable enough to understand that things sometimes happen which are beyond the companys control. What customers find annoying is when the company cannot be bothered to keep them informed. I was fully informed on progress practically on a daily basis and the item was actually delivered 6 days earlier than estimated. I am happy and particularly impressed with the level of customer service....

After ordering, I was kept upt0 date as it was processed and estimated delivery set. As this was finalised, I was given the actual delivery date the same and it was promptly delivered. The item was as described, undamaged, complete and the price was very good. I am a very happy customer because I shopped around and discovered a good supplier. Re Delivery. On the order form I added that the part could be left in a safe place. Only to be told that it would have to be signed for. When I emailed on the day asking for an idea of a time, I was told that the delivery was on its way but that you didnt have the drivers itinerary and couldnt give any time. Eventually, late afternoon, the part arrived. If Id have known that you had a tie with parts centre I could have picked it up at a branch. All other companies I deal with deliver to a safe place nominated by me. I wont say I wouldnt use My Tub again, but I would think twice about it....

Dear MyTub Many thanks for your help. I did contact the manufacturer and I spent a great deal of time on the internet finding possible suppliers. It appears that the part is definitely unavailable and I am now having to replace the cooker, even although it is still in "reasonable" condition.
