This turned out to be a very lengthy transaction, but your staff were very helpful throughout and we got there in the end.
Thanks

Item arrived promptly, is just as described. An excellent service all round. I particularly like the fact that you ask for feedback. So many companies are not interested once they have sent the goods....

Equipment exactly as I needed. Did the job in five minutes. Cheaper than elsewhere. Pick-up was great, service friendly and precise. Would use again!...

I have purchased four radiants for a Robinson Willey Firegem 2 fire. My Tub sourced these for me speedily and these were just as expected. I would certainly recommend My Tub for their prompt service. I dealt with Christine, who I found to be most helpful, professional, knowledgeable and reliable. I would certainly recommend her to everyone. She has my sincere thanks for all her assistance with my order. I would give both Christine and My Tub ten out of ten :- MA...

Many thanks for processing my order which I have received.
It would have been more convenient for me if you had used HM Post for delivery.
Thank you.
