I wanted a folding shower screen finding one to fit my specification proived difficult but Mytub staff were very helpful and patient. Website easy to use, item arrived in good order and item was delivered on the date advised at time of ordering and was well packaged....

Excellent customer service, good prices and fairly quick. However out of the three towel rails I ordered one was scratched and another leaked. Exchanging was not a problem but obviously we had to pay a plumber to come out again.

While offering best value for this product, which is why I purchased, BUT delivery time of eight working days from order is simply too long for a business user. I will have to consider this delivery delay if ordering again.
