Order finally got to me. I was kept up to date on the progress but for too long to wait for parts that are advertised at 35 days. ...

Excellent, efficient service, with great communication throughout, especially with respect to delivery as this was shipped to an overseas location. Many thanks and has been delivered and received successfully....

Ordered my toilet cistern lid through my tub as they had by good reviews. Even though it took a couple of weeks to arrive due to out of stock their customer service was excellent and my order status was well informed so I know when it will be ordered. I was even able to change my order date! Would recommend to use them....
