It was unfortunate that the first delivery of my item was lost in transit but full marks to myTub as they kept in helpful communication with me and sent a replacement item shortly after me reporting the non-delivery. I thoroughly recommend this company for their efficient and friendly service....

The DELABIE Shower head holder in chrome metal dia. 25&32mm is now fitted and provides a robust and stylish answer for replacement shower head holders. The original abs plastic equipment failed, the replacement abs plastic failed this one now seems to be the business.

Thank you for your delivery which arrived on Thursday 21st February. It was a very efficient service when it came through. However I found your information confusing as the picture shown was what I wanted but I ordered the wrong item because it was the first on the list because I had spoken to an efficient operator , Christine,she corrected the mistake. Found this company after many hours of trawling the internet looking for a part for my shower that I couldnt get anywhere else, the lady I spoke to on the phone was really helpful,placed my order it arrived a day early ,great price ,delivery costs a little high.other than that great....

the price I paid was very resonable, the delivery could have been quicker as the supplier I regularly use took receipt of this days before the actual delivery date.
I thought this would be sent direct
I infact asked how long this order would take to deliver and was told it was with woolsley waiting to be delivered two days later. You would please and maybe have returning customers if the delivery was quicker.
