I had a really tricky part to order, after speaking to many suppliers including the part manufacturer My Tub were the only people to provide any useful help. Great service and kept well informed of the status of my order.
The only website I could find that sold the parts I needed and probably saved me over £300 in service engineer call out charges.
Found my tub by googling the part number I was after.

My order arrived next day which was great. But the item had to be signed for. I fortunately returned home otherwise I would not of received it. I was not given a tracking number so I had no idea when the order would arrive. Also on the website it asks where to leave the order, but this is useless as the delivery driver needs the items to be signed for. The logistics need some serious attention if your going to charge high costs for delivery....
