On ordering I was given an estimated delivery date and the day before delivery an email arrived confirming the delivery - this is a great service. It was good experience working with My Tub. Customer service always kept me informed of possible date of availability of material and then was delivered too.
MyTub representative was quick to recommend new model as a replacement for an old one.
