When trying to source the required 3 bar relief valve with swivel nut and gauge, I found a few sites online that claimed to stock the item, but then showed the photo of a completely different version - not very reassuring. I also visited a Travis Perkins outlet as a retailer of Inta products, and although they tried very hard for 30 minutes to identify the valve, they were unable to do so. MyTub had the right photo on their site and offered the product at a reasonable price. It arrived as per schedule and, most importantly, was indeed the right valve and gauge.

The price and service were good, though the dealy from placing the order to delivery was rather long (several weeks). In practice it didn't matter in this case, but normally I woudl not have wanted to wait so long....

I needed an urgent part, this part was easy to find on the website which is great! I called and spoke to a lovely gentleman who was very helpful and friendly and he helped me to get the part on order via the website. My part was slightly delayed as can happen and they were kind enough to update me of this every step of the way which was a bonus! I highly recommend this company and will definitely be using them again in the future. Keep up the good work guys :...

Extremely difficult product to get hold of so was delighted that you had been able to obtain for me.
Delivery did not happen on the 2 delivery dates advised but i suspect this was partly out of your hands since it was coming directly from supplier. You responded very promptly every time i contacted you and finally arranged special delivery because of the delay.
Overall very satisfied and would use you again.
Also great to see you publish all feedback good or bad....

ORDERED SOME OBSOLETE BOILER BAFFLES LATE ON 14 NOV ,THEY WERE THEN SPECIALLY MADE AND DELIVERED HERE TO THE NORFOLK BROADS ON AFTERNOON OF 16 NOV .THAT IS OUTSTANDING !VERY MANY THANKS TO CHRISTINE AT MYTUB FOR KEEPING ME UP TO DATE RE DELIVERY TIMES ETC....
