I spoke to a very helpful lady while I was ordering a part through your web site this afternoon. She helped me through the ordering process and I also enquired about next day delivery. Unfortunately I was too late to achieve the next day deadline, but this lady did all she could to see if this could be achieved for me.

I needed an urgent part, this part was easy to find on the website which is great! I called and spoke to a lovely gentleman who was very helpful and friendly and he helped me to get the part on order via the website. My part was slightly delayed as can happen and they were kind enough to update me of this every step of the way which was a bonus! product spot on just one comment this was ordered for delivery and a date was given to me aprox date for delivery then it changed in the next couple ov days i had to go and pick up you should not exept an order for delivery in the first place on line i will look forward to your comments thanks stephen...

Very good service- the shipping cost went up because of the end supplier. The gentleman at Mytub was so apologetic and was more upset than me about the increase! He is an asset to your business. The shipping was also very good and arrived as forecast....

I cannot comment on the basin itself, as the plumber still has to fit. The delivery was exceptional. I missed the van in the morning but the driver put a personal note through the door with his phone number which I called, and he delivered on the way back to the depot. That is terrific service. Well done Inverness!...
