Your staff were excellent at all times and I cannot blame hem for lack of stock. One more thing and I know it was my fault it is not clear in the graphics that when you order from the page I expected to get the whole unit so when I ordered against the page your people had to inform me that for instance I only got the basin not the pedestal. Very good products and services, but i think the website design lets you down, spend some money on making it more easier to use, for example you want a shower tray, but you have to go through 20 odd other links,
more pictures and groupings needed. too much options,
apart form the website the phones service was very good and helpfull....
