On ordering I was given an estimated delivery date and the day before delivery an email arrived confirming the delivery - this is a great service. I was tolda that the item was out of stock after ordering it. I would have to wait a month for it to arrive. However, when this issue was raised, I got excellent customer service and the order was cancelled and money returned.
