Credit where credit is due, recently we have had to use several warranties in our home to fix the cooker, dishewasher and boiler. I can say without a shadow of doubt the ease of dealing with your company was unbelievable, at every turn Your team kept me informed and answered my questions within 1 to 2 hours, you managed to source parts when the manufacturer could not and when you said things would arrive they did. Took some time to get the product but this turned out not to be the fault of My Tub. This item is now out of manufacture but they still managed to find one so well done My Tub. Once it was located and in stock they gave me a delivery date and kept to it.
No complaints on any level of system, product or service.
