Mytub was easy to contact, I spoke to people on the telephone who knew what they were talking about and if uncertain would look into the matter and get back to me with reliable information. i could see the conversation history by using the contact us form. Easy ordering process and prompt replies to lead time enquiries. An alternative product was offered where the one I was interested in was discontinued and at a competitive price. Good and accurate communication on delivery. I would definitely use again....

I placed an order with MyTub in early September and was informed promptly that there will be a delay in fulfilling this order of some 6 weeks. This presented no problem as I did not want to use this tap straightaway. The very good price charged made it worthwhile the wait. MyTub were very good in the interim period to inform me of the progress and eventually at 5 weeks, the tap arrived, earlier than 6 weeks estimate, in absolutely brand spanking new condition. I have not used this particular tap yet but have used this particular model. It is one of the best types in the market by the name of Grohe. I have every confidence of this tap being no different, when I use it. What more can say about MyTub & Grohe other than sing high praises & recommend the company highly....

Had a slight problem with one of the fittings of the product I purchased, which was sorted out very well and quickly by a combination of MyTub and Twyford.
I would wholeheartedly recommend MyTub....
