I did really want a couple of the flexi couplings which are listed on the Grundfos literature as an option for this pump. Delivered to wrong address which took a couple of days to find. Delivered to "Hawthorn Lodge" rather than "Hawthorns". Not your fault at all just a sloppy carrier.
