We have been very happy with the service from MyTub. We had to replace our boiler at very short notice and MyTub had the best price we could find. The service was excellent in terms of delivery arrangements - everything came very quickly and at the time we were told it would come. Also, communications were excellent - none of the usual experience of phoning one person and finding they knew nothing about what youd discussed with the previous person - everything was seemless. The service was good and I was able to pick up the goods as arranged. I thought it was good to be given the chance of picking up myself, and not having to pay the delivery charge. Parts were as expected - which isn't always the case with online purchases! Also the order was available quicker than expected

I was looking for a replacement Bristan Arctic Towel. This has proved impossible to find, but MyTub were able to offer a very similar looking alternative. It was shorter than the original but is a very good substitute. I was able to dismantle the broken one and replace the broken bits with new. So a perfect solution. I made a mistake with my ordering details, but the team at MyTub were very good, they responded quickly to my emails. Very pleased with the service and support....

Ordered a replacement toilet seat Roca Sidney to freshen up my suite , opted for the soft close option , item arrived as expected & dighted with purchase , good communication thought from mytub , advising when ye order cleared & on what day it would be delivered , will certainly do business with mytub again ...
