Surprised to get the order delivered from a local plumbing supplier, but quick. cheap and easy to find what I wanted at MyTub...

Nothing bad -helpful response, competetive price and timely safe delivery...

I was most impressed with the service I received from MyTub. The part for my fire is obsolete but you managed to find it. I phonedand texted on three occasions and the ladies I spoke and received texts from were most helpful.
The only minus is more detail about the delivery service used would be appreciated. ...

Although my order could not be completed as quickly as we might both have hoped, I was kept informed about progress and the items were delivered by your transport just under 3 weeks after the order was placed....

Excellent service and staff. Kept me informed each step of the way with a made-to-measure order. Answered my queries extremely quickly even before I ordered. Good prices. Will use again. Well done all round!...

I just wish I had more business for them . . ....
