The service is excellent, once i have confirmed my toilet seat and paid, the parcel service kept me informed until it was delivered. Service was great but collection was not made by My Tub resulting in our delivery not being next day but the day after which affected progress on site, main problem it took my call to ascertain that delivery would be delayed, no-one called me ...........
