A great service whilst you were let down by your courier failing to pick up [package they arrived within 48 hours of estimated delivery. All telephone conversations were polite an your operatives are a credit to the company. Well done ....

Kept informed throughout the delivery process. Items either received when initially expected or advised if there was a delay. I would have no hesitation in using My Tub again and would recommend to others....

Fast delivery of item. Not too impressed with this analyser and needed to return as faulty.
The process of getting in touch with Mytub is a bit convoluted but after one ignored email and then a phone call I was directed to email through 'My Account' This was not obvious but once sussed out led to a quick exchange and a returns form. Unfortunately you are expected to pay returns postage which on this item amounted to over £3 as it had to be recorded.
Not sure how long a replacement will take.
All in all its a bit of a pain when the item needs returning but on customer service they have been polite and helpful....
