I have had absolutely outstanding and excellent suport from one of your technical team, Mr. Laurence Fineran, over some basin taps.
His responses and advice have been superb, I cannot praise him enough. Please pass on my thanks.

Excellent Service - Excellent communication. Very helpful staff who responded to all my queries satisfactorily and promptly despatched the order for me after I had placed it online. Most impressive customer service - well done. Also found my tub to have the best price for my part. :...

I have to say that apart from the e-mail problem your customer service has been one of the best I have ever had.
Thanks again....

we are thoroughly disappointed with the service we have received. the order took a very long time to arrive, when it eventually did the number of parts we ordered was wrong. after complaining about a missing part it arrived the next day which leads to the question why did they take so long to arrive in the first place. the price is very good for the parts we wanted but the service let you down and I dont think we will be using you again.

Dear Mr Skipper
Good day, I can only apologize for the errors. We have spoken to that area of supply chain. This is very rare.
