All stuff ordered arrived as agreed. Successfully fitted. All working. My only constructive comment would be the time that it took to arrive. I am sure that there are good reasons for the elapsed time and I am happy to have waited because he price was good value. However, I did have to flush the toilet with a bucket while waiting. If I had realised what the wait time would be, I might have paid you or someone else more to get the item quicker. I dont remember the delivery time being made clear before paying....

Not only were your products competitively priced but were needed at short notice by me, Christine arranged 1 item locally for me to collect same day and sourced another item and organised next morning courier delivery. Hello, the item arrived damaged, I reported this and was told that a replacement would be sent and the damaged item collected. The service that I have received is good but the packaging which I believe was done by your supplier was none existent, just a thin wall box with no packaging whatsoever.
