I was very impressed with the rapid response to my order.
I do have some comments regarding the ordering system on the website.i found it very confusing when you wished delivery to a local pickup centre.
After asking for this delivery arrangement it still asked for ones own home address as delivery address. I needed to ring your office whilst on the computer for guidance.

Great prices inc free delivery with excellent customer service.
Order delivered within 2 days.
Unfortunately there was a manufacturing fault with the sink out of My Tubs control . I emailed MyTtub and Christine dealt with the problem immediately and I received a replacement in less than 24hrs. She provided excellent customer careafter sales service and is a credit to My Tub.
Would definitely recommenduse again....

The delivery arrived eventually although there were some delays caused by a lack of stock and I was somewhat suprised to get a call on the delivery day from The Plumb Centre asking when I would be in to accept the delivery, I assumed that this item would be delivered by post. The delivery was made a couple of days later and once I had retrieved it from the bottom of our recycling bin I was eventually in a position to fit it.
the fitting of the new hinge to the existing toilet set was complicated somewhat by both the new brackets and the screws being of different sizes to the originals. Due to this I ended up having to use both the existing hinge brackets and the existing screws which annoyed my slightly as I ended up throwing away brand new items that I had just bought. The Honeywell CM927 Programmer ordered via MyTub worked absolutely fine once the binding process had been initiated twice, this with the original RF receiver.
The service provided by MyTub was within the scheduled delivery time.
The product received has proved satisfactory and reliable.
I had no difficulties or problems using the website and was able to source the required component easily.
