I really appreciate the care that your staff took to identify a way that I could get the items and the courtesy with which they notified me. The van driver couldnt find our house, so the item ordered was left in Chesterton - a ten mile round trip away. Anyway, we got the item eventually, so problem solved, and were very happy with the goods!
