Very efficient service. I requested some parts which sales assistant ordered from manufacturer and sent to me free of charge! Great service & communication, the item was delivered Saturday as arranged. Only slight criticism was that it would have been nice to have known you were having a two week shutdown over Xmas when I made the order, there was no mention of it on the order page. Otherwise very happy.
