Very easy to use the web site, item ordered was exactly as described and order process was very easy.

I have purchased four radiants for a Robinson Willey Firegem 2 fire. My Tub sourced these for me speedily and these were just as expected. I would certainly recommend My Tub for their prompt service. This was very good service and price. I think my tub order the part when the money is received and so the time to delivery is longer than if the items were being kept in stock. However communication via the website was good.
