Very efficient service!...

Excellent service - we actually got what we wanted, on time delivery and the cost was competitive.
The website was very user friendly and made finding and ordering the product a relatively painless task...much appreciated in a busy school office :- thanks...

It all worked as it should have done, and I received the kit on 28 March, having placed the order on 21 March. That was quite satisfactory, but when I placed the order there was no information about delivery time, or availability.
I had to make a phone call to get this information, which I dont think I should have had to . Not quite as slick as some sites.

Despite ordering a part immediately prior to a Bank holiday weekend not usually a good idea it arrived in double quick time and I was kept informed by E mail at each stage of the process. Couldnt ask for more. Well done...
