Your service is top notch. Order placed Fri, arrived Monday, with regular updates. SO re-assuring to know that good service still exists out there. Item also great value for money and I liked the free delivery part. Keep up the great work ! Thanks for stocking a very old toilet pan too, never realised I was going to be lucky enough to find this one....

I have had absolutely outstanding and excellent suport from one of your technical team, Mr. Laurence Fineran, over some basin taps.
His responses and advice have been superb, I cannot praise him enough. Please pass on my thanks.

Hi
Thanks for handling my order cancellation so quickly and proficiently. The part and the price were right, but I couldnt find someone who would install it. Guess they like to order parts direct and charge a mark up.
Kind regards

Excellent service. Order arrived right on time as indicated. Letting me know the day it would come was very helpful. As well as that, the lady in the office rang me up to check out my address as it wasnt clear. I certainly recommend MyTub and would use again M I MacMillan...
