item came on the day scheduled, but would have liked a rough guide - say perhaps before 12noon or after 12noon.

I have only been using a computer fora month so it is all a steep learning curve to me at 80years of age. This was my first attempt to order on line and iwas learning on the go! However I did manage the order "eventually" and found it easy once I mastered the art so your programme must be user friendly or I couldnt have worked it out. I am so glad I found this site I saved over a £100 on two indesit washing machine parts. Not only that but delivery was so prompt I was amazed, the part turning up next day when it was estimated for a couple of days later. This site is really a great find for me. If you don't believe me do a check and compare the prices with any parts site you will see the difference well atleast for washing machine parts you will cus that's the items I have bought for off this site. Once again a great place to shop....

Thanks to the tenacious efforts of Brenda and Christine you have been able to locate and supply a vital, but rare component for my very old boiler. Without this part the boiler would probably needed to be replaced. I was constantly informed as to progress, always in an efficient and courteous manner. These two ladies are a credit to your business and are the foundation open which successful businesses are built.

I cannot comment on the basin itself, as the plumber still has to fit. The delivery was exceptional. I missed the van in the morning but the driver put a personal note through the door with his phone number which I called, and he delivered on the way back to the depot. That is terrific service. Well done Inverness!...
