Staff very helpful .Searched around and found what I required
Delivery was prompt and items were what I needed.
Price was excellent compared with some other sources--Parts Centre for example whose prices are outrageous...

One of the best companies you can deal with
always quick to accommodate you
And the order is outside your door before you got time to order ...

The service is slow! When I order something on the internet postage is normaly under 3 days, but your orders take at least 2 weeks.

Not happy. My original fire was couriered to me yet replacement coals cant be wrapped in bubble wrap and posted. i have to travel to pick them up from a store. How did they arrive to the store - by magic carpet...

Wonderful experience all around. Excellent communication, kept me uptodate on delivery timescales and progress.
Could not have expected more from a little known company. Will come back again if need anything else. ...

When the wrong product was delivered apparently the fault of the manufacturer that dispatched it, Laurie did a good job in sorting things out. It was nice to have the personal service - definitely came across as a real business that cared, not a call center....

Very pleased with product and service provided. My plumber found it easy to install, and it works fine.
