Delivery was slower than I expected but I was kept informed about progress and it arrived on the day that was promised. Overall happy!...

I cannot comment on the basin itself, as the plumber still has to fit. The delivery was exceptional. I missed the van in the morning but the driver put a personal note through the door with his phone number which I called, and he delivered on the way back to the depot. That is terrific service. Well done Inverness!...

Was sent an email saying it would be 14 days delivery, it arrived the next day so that was good, but clearly don't really know what's going on. Delivery costs quite pricey for something that costs less than a £1 to post.

Good Morning,
This is my first order with mytub, I found the follow up on my order was very good, letting me know delivery date and the warm towards your customers when placing a order in the form of a e-mail.
I will be buying again from mytub.
Kind regards
Laurie Shadbolt...

Thanks for letting me know - our repair guy said Stoves had hinge kits left and I got excited when your website said you had!

Completely satisfied with mytub but delivery could be better. I rang you at about 4.30 on promised day of delivery to be told that delivery could be any time up to 6.00pm. At 7.30 I sat down to write a very critical e-mail to you complaining about non -delivery but, happily, it came just before 8.00pm. I was panicking as I had promised to use this item in repair of a customers boiler on Friday relying on your promised delivery. All turned out well in the end but earlier deliveries may save frustration and anger.
Thanks for your service. I will use you again. M.Bradbury...
