Thanks for bath....arrived as advised.
Happy with bath but not with handles as they are much wider than those on the alto 70 width bath.It is not your fault and having spoken to Ideal Standard find that they do no provide an alternative which is a pity
I dont suppose you know of a possible alternative

I needed an urgent part, this part was easy to find on the website which is great! I called and spoke to a lovely gentleman who was very helpful and friendly and he helped me to get the part on order via the website. My part was slightly delayed as can happen and they were kind enough to update me of this every step of the way which was a bonus! I placed a small order for 6m of 15mm x 1mm thick copper tube which is an unusual size not commonly stocked. Between them Deborah and Christine managed to source the tube and get it safely delivered. Given service like this I will certainly use MyTube again....

Good website and good communication - Delivery came on time - Packing could have been better as its a delicate bath panel and it was only padded at both ends but the edge, top and bottom, wasnt protected and there is slight damage a dent along the top but luckily it does not show when fitted, as long as it doesnt make the bath panel susceptible to cracking at a later stage....
