Good customer service and helpful contact - when it became clear you couldnt supply the original panels I wanted and to be honest, I thought they might have been discontinued you offered me options and quickly processed the new order and partial refund. Very efficient ordering system. Arrived within a couple of days.
In my original call the person on the end of the phone helped to locate which branch held the part I needed (you only had one) so I could add this to the comments on the order. I don't have her name but she was very helpful.
For security reasons,I don't usually like ordering on-line so would have preferred to order by phone....

The local sole agent in Dubai called ATMOST decided to stop suppoting the Ariston dishwasher model that I have and wanted me to replace the complete unit although only the door lock was broken.
They refused to order the part for me. I finally was able to find my parts at MyTub and within a few days I had my shipment at my door step and install it. It a perfect match. Excellent service and will always buy from them....

Was having real difficulty finding a Grohe showerhead but Mytub came through and located a merchant that had one in stock. Well pleased with my purchase and 1010 for Mytub....
