I had been searching for ages for a thermostat for our boiler, but it seems our boiler is so old that there are no thermostats available that fit our model anymore. Almost about to give up, I contacted mytub. Laurie was super helpful, and found two separate parts we could purchase, and put together to fit our boiler model. The parts arrived last week, and now we finally have a working thermostat on our boiler :-. Laurie was really really helpful-thank you!... ...Claire Higgins

The wording Does not have an automatic price update please enquire really means the price quoted on the page is meaningless. I checked the stock on the system and received an email saying the item is in stock. The system allowed me to order and pay at the price shown but I was then emailed and asked if I really wanted this colour and if so the price was 50% higher because it was a special order!
As far as Im concerned I was offered goods for a price, I accepted that offer and paid that price and then was told the price is significantly higher. I dont consider this to be good practice and recommend the wording be reviewed.

MyTubs service was exceptional! The gentleman went out of his way to help me with my rather obscure request. In fact, he took it on as a personal quest, going off to investigate, calling me back and showing a genuine interest in solving my problem.
