A 1st class service. I used the online chat facility to check that the part was in stock. Once I placed the order I was contacted and informed that the regular delivery service could not guarantee delivery before Christmas. The express delivery arrived within 30hrs ... The boiler arrived promptly.
The driver had not been briefed to call ahead as requested and consequently was kept waiting for an hour.
Subsequent message via the website asking about flues and fittings has not been answered....
