Thought I was going to have to cancel my order as it could not be delivered when needed. Bathroom fitter due on 8/7 and item not available until 16/7 !

The service is excellent, once i have confirmed my toilet seat and paid, the parcel service kept me informed until it was delivered. I am absolutely delighted with both the helpfulness of your operator, who called back with availability of stock and delivery when I needed them urgently and quality of the shower hand grips. They arrived when promised. My only suggestion would be for you to supply the screws with the item but I suppose this would increase the price which was very competitive. Many thanks....

Nevertheless the delivery charges should be made clearer as no explanation is made that items could be delivered separatly and different charges can apply.
