Easy to place my order, had a concern about delivery time because of a prior commitment, but a quick email back to you and delivery was altered to pm

After trawling through their website, I eventually found what I ordered. I was instructed to E-mail them to obtain a delivery date. They responded that they no longer stocked that product. However, they offered a similar product. I placed my order. Jeannette and Christine were very helpful. My product was delivered after a few days but it was the wrong size. It took longer than the 3-5 working days advertised.
Both the plumber and tiler had begun working on the en-suite and we thought that we would have to wait a few days for the door but the assistant, Christine very quickly dealt with the issue, ordered the replacement, which arrived the next day. I received the part next day and the part works. It is an obselete part so I did, there can be no doubt whatsoever, pay an inflated price. I am glad, however. to have the part and there are only a few left in the country so we’ll done Mytub. It arrived in a manufacturer’s box, well packaged. I have the part an I-76 controller and my Uponor underfloor wet central heating system is working. I am grateful to mytub for having the part, and I must say the staff were extremely polite and kind and pushed through at speed the order. I did pay £12 to get it in the 1-2 day delivery facility and in fact it arrived the next day. Super chuffed.
