I wanted a folding shower screen finding one to fit my specification proived difficult but Mytub staff were very helpful and patient. I much appreciate all of the help given by Deborah and Christine and hope that senior managers really appreciate the immense asset that their excellent customers service provides for the business.

Excellent service Prompt response. Keeps you updated at every stage. Couldnt fault it. However I didnt pay attention. Because it showed two items I wrongly assumed two were being supplied . It clearly says the price is for one! Lesson learned, Ill be ordering another.😃...

Delivery exceptional !! Despite awful weather conditions my Water King Sentry was delivered on the day promised. I didn't expect that. also customer services were a pleasure to deal with. Toilet seats were poor quality. Dont think they were genuine roca toilet seats as advertised.

Your website was easy to navigate with a huge range of products at excellent prices. I was out when the first delivery was made and no note was left so there was a delay before I called and discovered what had happened. Delivery was quickly rearranged but it was more convenient for me to collect from a local depot. Thanks....
