Most impressed with your customer service. I was immediately informed of the anticipated delivery date and regularly updated. Item arrived safely on the expected day. Many thanks - I only wish other companies were as good...

The order arrived at the date predicted. The order took some time to materialise due to. production problems at Potterton. The old central heating programmer is "behaving itself" at present but it will be replaced by the new one when it gives further trouble...

What an amazing service. I ordered two soft close loo seats, I was given a courtesy call to check I’d ordered the correct one. The toilet seats were subsequently dispatched and arrived the next day.

Jeanette and Christine have been unbelievably helpful tracking down a sink and waste unit for me. It's wonderful to have a friendly voice on the end of the phone.
Very many thanks...

They supplied me with difficult to find obsolete tap cartridges at an acceptable price. So I can keep my old taps that are still in excellent shape. Delivery was very quick. Thanks MyTub....
