Equipment exactly as I needed. Did the job in five minutes. Cheaper than elsewhere. Pick-up was great, service friendly and precise. Would use again!...

Excellent service. Part took a bit of time to come from the manufacturer and we had several updates so we in turn could keep our customer informed all the way. ...

Excellent update system kept us informed as our items progressed towards delivery which was exactly as per quoted date prior to order.
Items were well packaged and in very good condition.
Can find no fault with MyTub from our pre-order queries to receipt of goods.
Excellent service which we wil use again in future.
Many thanks....

Excellent quick dispatch, delivered within 3-4 working days. Constant communication, thank you! After a horrendous experience ordering the same item from another firm, Im glad I came to you - and it was sorted quickly and efficiently. Thank you!
Only Feedback - Delivery time slots would be better so the customer does not have to be home from 8-4 pm....

Having been let down badly, by the appalling service of a rival supplier, I could not fault the service recieved by My Tub. Goods ordered arrived in specified time scale, online updates fantastic and even a call to tell me when it would be delivered, the best price I could find on the web for the product I required, and a sensible delivery charge too. Everything I want from a supplier. Will be using you again and recommending to friends.
The only thing that might prevent me from ordering more things, is finding them on your site. You have to know the product code to find it, pictures would be helpful, as it is really hard to tell from a product code if it will match requirements. More pictures please!
MyTub Repsonce;
