Easy to place my order, had a concern about delivery time because of a prior commitment, but a quick email back to you and delivery was altered to pm
Customer service was excellent then, also when I received my order and had to phone about a fitting that I thought were missing.

I didnt realise the part was being delivered locally by a local supplier.
Grill is OK, however, a corner weld tack isnt very robust but itll do.

Very happy with price and delivery time. When I tried to pick up at Plumb Center they did not know who you were and denied any knowledge of my order.Web site needs better search and navigation do that you can home in on each product easier....

Toilet seats were poor quality. Dont think they were genuine roca toilet seats as advertised.

I had a really tricky part to order, after speaking to many suppliers including the part manufacturer My Tub were the only people to provide any useful help. This was my first experience with my tub and possibly my last. Firstly they made a mistake, the site shows free delivery on orders over £25 – Wrong my £120 order of boiler parts just so happened to be made up of none free delivery items and even though this was my tub’s mistake they refused to waive or refund the £7 delivery charge which almost delayed the order by a day. Next, one of the parts arrived from Plumb Centre within two days and the other parts from who knows where nearly 2 weeks later – Overall, compared with many companies on the internet these days, this one did not impress me. One final comment, when things go wrong, you can’t just hit reply in e-mail, you have to go to the site and enter details in to a special page, all a bit of a faff really....
