It arrived on the day stated, three was in good order, however the fixing clips and seal were not present. Delivery driver was informed as it came from Wolsey parts center, said he would get one sent out but am still waiting for it. Luckily I was able to use the clips of the existing sink. Very poor....

Absolutely fantastic service, from ordering to delivery I really have nothing negative to say. I was kept up to date every step of the way via Email. It was ordered and delivered within a 3 day period and was delivered in suitable packaging. The delivery driver was pleasent and professional. Like I said I could not fault any part of my order. After some delay in delivery due to being in lockdown and NHS requiring urgency on their washroom needs ,I was eventually given an acceptable date which got delivered as promised , so I am pleased with that . The product a washbasin tap was as requested and looks good . Yes I would deal with the company again as they keep you up to date with delivery progress....
